Key Ingredients

In the AM or PM, begin by dampening a fine liner brush.
Step 1:
Using the wet brush, pick up the matte shade and press it into the upper lash line, tapering outward to create a subtle wing if desired. Allow a few seconds to set.
Step 2:
Without re-wetting the brush, lightly press the shimmer shade over the matte liner to add sparkle and dimension.
For a softer look, apply only the matte shade. For enhanced drama, layer both finishes. Remove gently with an eye makeup remover at the end of the day.
