Ever looked down at your arms or legs and wondered when your skin started looking quite so... crinkly? Perhaps you've noticed it around your elbows, above your knees or on your upper arms. Or maybe it's your neck and chest that are looking a little thinner, looser and more papery than they used to. And not quite as firm, either!  Known as crepey skin, this thin, crinkled appearance often goes hand in hand with a loss of firmness and elasticity.
